Third bedroom OR a loft...the model we're looking at will have the loft in it...
We're stuck with a partially spec'd unit, but that means we're getting an end one (good for later re-sale) but we can't add a basement (even if we could afford the extra expense, bad for re-sale)...
Ah well...tomorrow is D-Day...
